REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A) Written audits / digital deliverables (including Image Audits and Brand Audits)
Written audits and digital deliverables are made-to-order. No refunds once work has started or once the deliverable has been sent. If you cancel before we start, we may refund minus any processing/admin fees.
EU consumers: By purchasing a digital deliverable/service with immediate performance, you request that we begin work and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance begins.
B) Booked sessions / calls / intensives
Cancellations 24 hours before the start time: no fee. Less than 24 hours: fee 100%.
Reschedulings 12 hours before the start time: no free. Less than 12 hours: fee 50%
C) Consulting projects (image consulting containers, personal branding, business/project/company branding)
Because consulting is time- and capacity-based: deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once the relevant work period has begun. If you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for payment for work completed and any committed third-party costs (if applicable).
D) Memberships / subscriptions
Membership fees are charged on the schedule shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals via your account settings or by emailing us. Fees already charged are non-refundable once the membership period has started. If a minimum term is stated at checkout, cancellation stops renewal after the minimum term is completed.
E) Bank transfer refunds
If a refund is approved and you paid by bank transfer, it will be returned to the same bank account where possible. Bank fees may be deducted.
