    Martta is known for her precision, directness, and strong internal compass. She doesn’t compromise her standards to fit expectations and prefers clarity over comfort. Her approach is rooted in integrity, she values depth, discernment, and the ability to face what’s real without dressing it up.

    She has a multidisciplinary background in visual storytelling, focusing on concept development and creative direction. Her experience spans film, television, photography, music videos, and artistic projects across mediums. Martta has worked across every stage of the process from idea to execution, and holds the full creative vision from start to finish. She has an eye for what aligns and a low tolerance for anything that doesn’t.

    Martta’s core passion is the human experience, how people make sense of existence, and what shapes their inner frameworks. She has studied a wide range of perspectives, from psychology and philosophy to spiritual, religious, metaphysical, and esoteric systems. Through this work, she has identified the deeper patterns that connect these perspectives, enabling her to support people from any worldview. She communicates through the language they already trust, offering clarity that aligns with how they think, feel, and make sense of the world. Martta’s energy is intense, she sees people clearly and immediately. For those not ready to be authentic, it can feel intimidating. But for those who are, her presence feels deeply safe: empathetic, grounded, and non-judgmental.

    CO-FOUNDER, PRODUCER, BACHELOR OF ARTS

    Amanda is known for her meticulous nature and strong drive for excellence. As a dedicated media professional, she consistently demonstrates a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to see projects through to completion. Her background in film and television production has equipped her with a versatile skill set, making her a reliable team member.

    Amanda has the most experience managing film and still productions, handling tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, team assembly, and client relations for a variety of clients in all kinds of industries during her years at Miltton Pictures team since 2022. She has also worked as a set design assistant, acquiring props and assisting with set design for commercial shoots.

    Amanda is known for her warmth and friendliness, attracting positive energy in her interactions. Her natural generosity and well-informed nature make her a helpful presence. Amanda's sense of humor and ability to see the bright side of situations make her a delightful colleague. Her sincerity and commitment to her promises earn her trust and respect from all who work with her. Amanda is excited to give her all to the clients and projects of Alignment Studios.
